Dear Travel Partner,

We’re pleased to announce that we are adjusting certain protocols to reflect the lifting of CDC requirements for the U.S. cruise industry. We are making the below updates to our Have Fun. Be Safe page for sailings between August 4, 2022, and December 31, 2022.

These changes will be made in phases, with the first of these updates effective on Thursday, August 4, 2022 and focused on short cruise itineraries of 5 days or less.

Effective for embarkations on or after Thursday, August 4:

• No pre-cruise testing for fully vaccinated guests booked on cruises with itineraries 5 days or less.

• Pre-cruise testing for itineraries 6 days or longer can be conducted three (3) days before departure.

• There will be no in-terminal testing for unvaccinated guests on day of departure, but all unvaccinated guests ages 2 and older must provide proof of a negative result of a lab-administered or supervised self-administered antigen COVID test taken within three (3) days before embarkation.

We encourage all travel partners, and clients to continue to carefully review all pre-cruise communications and refer to the Have Fun. Be Safe. page on Carnival.com for more information.

BEFORE YOU SAIL

Canada requires arriving travelers to complete an entry form prior to arrival. The form can be found here.

• If you are flying to Canada to begin your cruise, you must enter your vaccination/test results prior to your flight’s arrival in Canada.

• If you will be entering a Canadian port on your cruise that begins in the U.S., you must enter your vaccination/test results prior to debarking in any Canadian port.

DESTINATION HEALTH PROTOCOLS AND REQUIREMENTS

VACCINATION POLICY TO SAIL

As of May 5, 2022, all guests ages 12 and older must be fully vaccinated with last primary dose administered at least 14 days prior to embarkation.

COVID-19 Booster vaccine shots are not currently required to sail on Celebrity Cruises but are highly recommended to avoid additional testing and costs at your expense throughout the sailing.

Vaccines approved and accepted by the World Health Organization (WHO) OR by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will be considered valid.

Guests with a mixed series of any two of the following vaccines taken within a minimum of 28 days between doses, will also be considered fully vaccinated:

• Pfizer • Johnson & Johnson • Sinovac

• Moderna • AstraZeneca • Sinopharm

• Covaxin

Any guest who has received one dose of a vaccine (other than Johnson & Johnson) will not be considered fully vaccinated.

Documentation of full vaccination must be provided at the terminal as a condition for boarding.

Guests who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may present a Certificate of Recovery and proof of the positive PCR test result taken between 11-90 days prior to the sail date in order to board. We will not accept a Certificate of Recovery in place of a vaccination record. Please be aware that some ports of call do not accept a Certificate of Recovery for the purposes of debarking and enjoying the destination. We will not accept a Certificate of Recovery in place of a vaccination record.

SAILING TESTING REQUIREMENTS

PRE-ARRIVAL/EMBARKATION COVID-19 TEST

•Fully-Vaccinated** or Up to Date* Guests: Must present a negative Antigen test taken within 2 days prior to the tour. Please see recommendation to travel with eMED self-test kits below.

• Unvaccinated Guests: Must present a negative RT-PCR Covid-19 Test taken within 3 days prior to the tour and take an antigen test at the Terminal prior to boarding. The PCR and antigen test may not be taken on the same day.

• Alaska Cruisetours:

o Post-Cruise land tours do not require additional testing to join the land tour.

o While on Land: Currently, face masks are optional on land tours while indoors for all vaccinated guests. Masks will be required for unvaccinated guests in indoor areas, except while eating or drinking. For guests 2 years of age and under, masks are not required. This policy is continually re-evaluated, and any updates will be shared with guests.

MID-CRUISE/PORT OF CALL

No test required.

DEBARK

• Fully Vaccinated* or Up to Date** Guests: No required testing.

• Unvaccinated Guests: Must present a negative COVID-19 Antigen test taken within 24 hours prior to arrival to Canada.

*Definition of Fully Vaccinated: vaccinated with a full dose of a primary series vaccine. The last primary dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to embarkation.

**Definition of Up to Date: vaccinated within 6 months (180 days) of final dose in a primary series OR boosted. The 180 days must extend to the end of the sailing. The last primary dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to embarkation.

TESTING COSTS

Testing varies depending on vaccination status and itinerary. Unvaccinated guests will need to cover any cost for embarkation, mid-cruise/port of call or debark/re-entry required testing. These tests cost $55 per test, per person. Celebrity will cover the costs for children who are not eligible to be vaccinated.

RE-ENTRY (TO HOME COUNTRY)

Please check your country's re-entry requirements for specific testing information. We will provide eMED Test Kits for purchase for all U.S. guests at debark to satisfy the U.S. re-entry test. eMED Test Kits have telehealth capabilities in order to leverage a quick and convenient home travel test. Any other nationalities, please check your country's re-entry requirements for specific testing information.

MONITORED SELF-TEST KIT -

ABBOTT BINAXNOWTM COVID-19 AG CARD

While approved self-test kits are now readily available at drugstore chains in the U.S., we are also pleased to make them available for order pre-cruise. We suggest that you order them at least one full week in advance of your sailing. These tests allow you to complete your pre-cruise test at home or any place of your choosing with the help of live video supervision by a Certified Guide. Your results are typically ready in about 15 minutes. The cost for COVID-19 test kits may be covered by your health insurance plan. Please check with your insurance provider for coverage benefits.

• WHILE ONBOARD

Currently, face masks are optional on board for all vaccinated guests. Masks will be required for unvaccinated guests in all public areas, except while eating or drinking.
